I had the pleasure of working with JD for some 15 months as he carried out his role as Operations Director for Fleetwood Urban.
We transitioned the company from a modest family business to a newly branded design consultancy and design-construction business.
JD was an integral part of the Strategy and Management team where we analysed, designed, and implemented processes and structures to fulfill on our vision.

John worked with me for over a year as Operations Manager for TradeWest. Previously we had also worked for me for a period of 5 years as Construction Manager where we doubled TO annually for 4 years in a row.
When he came on board with TradeWest we had multiple challenges including several contracts due to start without sufficient resources to fulfill them. John immediately created internal processes for our project management staff, our manufacturing plant, and created an Intern Program which brought all the projects into control.
We also analysed the plant, equipment, and staff utilisation, which enabled us to direct our funds to the correct areas which increased our productivity and reduced our costs. His knowledge of QA and WSH processes enabled us to implement ISO2001 accreditation and comply with all WHS regulations and reporting.
